Locksmith prices across Lancashire.
A locksmith charges a call-out plus labour, with parts on top. Our call-out runs from £39.20 in the daytime to £128 overnight, and labour from £64 to £128 an hour with a one-hour minimum. Every rate is published below, VAT included, and confirmed on the phone before anyone is dispatched.
Most locksmiths will not tell you the overnight and weekend figures until they are standing on your doorstep. Ours are on this page.

Locksmith cost questions
The rates above are the whole picture. These are the questions we are asked most often about them.
Do locksmiths charge a call-out fee?
Nearly all do, and ours is charged on arrival rather than taken in advance as a booking fee. It covers travel and attendance and is separate from labour and parts. It varies by time of day, from £39.20 in the daytime to £128 overnight.
Are locksmiths more expensive at night and at weekends?
Yes, and anyone saying otherwise is adding it somewhere else. Our call-out rises from £39.20 in the daytime to £80 at night and £128 overnight, with £96 at weekends; labour rises on the same pattern. If you have somewhere safe to stay, waiting until the morning genuinely costs less.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every figure published on this page includes VAT, and the service from-prices do too. Parts are charged separately and are quoted inclusive of VAT as well.
When do I pay?
The call-out is payable on arrival. Labour and parts are settled once the work is complete. We accept cash, debit and credit cards and bank transfer. Be wary of anyone asking for payment in full before they have seen the door.
